Affiliate Responsibilities Follow all laws and advertising regulations in Kuwait. Use respectful language—no offensive, discriminatory, or misleading content. Ensure all interactions (comments, posts, etc.) are appropriate and legal. Affiliates bear full responsibility for their marketing activities and their consequences. No fraud, abuse, or damage to Waha Lifestyle’s reputation. Affiliates act as independent contractors, not employees. 4. Commission & Payments Affiliates earn commission on qualifying sales via their unique link. The commission structure is detailed in the affiliate agreement. Payments are made monthly as per the agreed method. Affiliates must provide accurate payment details. 5. Confidentiality Affiliates must keep any confidential business information (e.g., commission rates, sales data) private. 6. Policy & Program Changes Waha Lifestyle may update this policy or the program at any time. Affiliates will be notified, and continued participation means acceptance of changes. 7. Termination We may terminate an affiliate's participation at any time. Violating this policy may result in loss of commissions. 8. Governing Law This agreement follows the laws of Kuwait. Any disputes will be handled in Kuwaiti courts. By applying, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms.
